Terms of Service

The Service

Sculptorgenerates 3D models from your text prompts and images using AI, and provides related tools such as file converters. AI output is probabilistic and provided on an “as is” basis — quality and accuracy may vary, and we do not guarantee any specific result.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Credits, plans & billing

• Generations consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance (monthly or annually) through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credits are a license to use the Service, have no cash value, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review in good faith.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts, images and 3D models you create. Subject to your plan, you may use your generated models for personal use (Free plan, with attribution) or commercially (paid plans). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload and that your use of generated models complies with applicable law. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
• impersonates others or violates publicity rights; or
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthBright Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service.

Termination & governing law

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
