Information we collect

• Account data.Your email address, used to create your account and send sign-in links. We use passwordless “magic link” sign-in — we never store a password.
• Content you submit. The text prompts and images you provide, and the 3D models generated from them.
• Billing data. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan, subscription status and the last digits / card brand — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Basic technical logs (request times, errors, credit usage) needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, generate and store your models, process payments and credits, send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts), prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties that process data on our behalf to operate the Service: cloud hosting and database, AI and rendering infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery. They may process your data only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and security commitments.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts, images and 3D models you create, subject to our Terms of Service. Models are private to your account unless you choose to make them public.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in future, we will update this policy and provide controls where required.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including deleting your account and generated models — by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where they apply).

Security & children

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
